Natural light, space, and an indoor-outdoor flow make this 3,800 square foot modern house extra-special. Exacting proportions, geometric lines, and juxtaposed materials add intrigue.
It lights up during the day and at night, displaying a different kind of magic.
From the outside, you can see that there are three distinct levels. You can also see that glass plays a major role in the architectural statement that defines the style of the house. Inside, the elements that connect the outdoors to the living space are subtle and incredibly effective.
Inside, the high ceilings and lots of windows add to the open-style concept that invites natural lighting. You can dance with the stars at night and soak up the sun during the day. But, of course, the light and heat are all regulated by meaningful architectural strategies.
