Through the use of natural materials, familiar massing, and a thoughtful design process, it blends seamlessly with its surroundings; being of the land, not simply sitting on top of it. Mineola house is the epitome of the Natural Modern aesthetic. Located just 5 minutes from the lakeshore, this proposed home design was greatly inspired by the unique natural modern style. The home had to be positioned in the rear corner of the property for maximum tree preservation, this corner lot allows much of the architecture to be on display
