The interior layout was organized around a clear open-concept main floor, allowing the kitchen, dining, and living areas to function as a connected space despite the narrow footprint. Full-height windows at the front and rear of the house bring daylight deep into the interior while maintaining a strong visual connection to the outdoors.
A centrally positioned skylight above the main staircase introduces natural light from the upper floor down to the lower levels, improving brightness and spatial clarity throughout the home. This vertical light strategy helps the interior feel open and balanced across all floors.
The exterior design reflects a clean, modern architectural expression while fitting comfortably within the surrounding Midtown Toronto streetscape. The project required coordination with applicable Toronto zoning regulations and the Ontario Building Code to support approvals and construction.
