Our Approach

The home’s layout and massing were shaped by its corner condition, allowing primary living spaces to orient toward the park while secondary spaces provide buffering and privacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows were strategically placed to frame park views and bring daylight deep into the interior without compromising comfort.

Balconies were positioned to extend living spaces outdoors while maintaining clear sightlines to the surrounding landscape. The façade composition uses clean lines and a restrained material palette, with a light-toned exterior and glass railings reinforcing openness and transparency while keeping the overall form cohesive.

The project required coordination with applicable Toronto zoning regulations and the Ontario Building Code, ensuring approvals and construction could proceed smoothly from design through build.
