The new home was designed from the ground up to respond to the site conditions and surrounding residential context. Expansive windows at the front and rear of the house were strategically placed to bring natural light deep into the interior while maintaining privacy where required.
Inside, the main floor connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into a cohesive open-concept layout that supports both everyday use and larger gatherings. A minimalist material palette and clean architectural lines were used throughout the project to create a calm, contemporary environment without relying on short-term design trends.
