The architectural design combines natural stone and expansive glass to create a clean, restrained exterior that feels contemporary without relying on short-term trends. The façade composition uses bold geometry and a limited material palette to provide clarity and balance while maintaining a strong street presence.
Inside, the main floor is organized around an open-concept layout that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a cohesive space. Large windows were strategically placed to bring natural light deep into the interior and support a bright, comfortable living environment throughout the day.
