This project involved the complete transformation of an existing 1,800 sq.ft. bungalow in the York Mills and Bayview area. The client wanted to preserve the character of the original three-bedroom home while adding a 1,300 sq.ft. second-floor addition over half of the house.

Our design goal was to achieve a modern, open-concept layout with minimal structural changes, maintaining as many existing elements as possible while improving flow, function, and natural light. The result is a balanced blend of new contemporary architecture and the home’s original charm.

Working with a highly detail-oriented client made this project both challenging and rewarding, pushing our team to refine every design decision to perfection.
